Providers can stay updated with real-time ride info for Medicaid patients heading to and from their facilities. Our private portal gives allows you to track rides, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Check your ride

For your safety, look for the Agape sign in the window, check the TLC ID inside the vehicle, and see if the license plate starts with “T” (only in NYC).
