You’ll need a valid New York State DMV Driver’s License, a TLC Driver’s License, and a TLC-licensed vehicle (owned or rented).

Additional information
TLC For-hire Vehicles (FHV)
To drive with Agape Transportation, your vehicle must be licensed and authorized by the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC). If you already have this, you’re one step ahead. If not, we can point you in the right direction.
TLC inspection
To ensure safety, the TLC must regularly inspect all vehicles at their BQE TLC location — 24-55 BQE West Woodside, NY, 11377.

Electric Vehicles (EV)
Driving an EV with Agape is more than just good for the environment—it’s also a smart financial choice. EV drivers not only save on fuel but are also exempt from the weekly base fee and are allowed up to one hour of free charging at our office daily.
Street Hail Livery (SHL) Pilot Program
SHL vehicles* are licensed to pick up street hails in all city areas—including the Yellow Taxi Exclusion zone—and you can also complete pre-scheduled trips with Agape. It’s the best of both worlds, with more flexibility and earning potential.
